I wonder whether I as a magnetic card writer .. If I can buy an old credit, debit / credit card which have been closed or is still active .. And you have the account data / information that is on the tape, you could the writer to write new information?

If the account remains active, and the card is valid / not canceled, yes you can clone band.
If the account is not active, why do you want?
Hmmm. I can hardly believe that a legitimate reason for anyone to have this information. No, I can not think of this book.
