I am a type 1 for 25 years. When I try to live my normal life, I must say that to define me. Reflecting on the need every morsel I have in my mouth, every bit of activity and planning of the things certainly has influence on my life. Cope with depression from time to time when my BG is not where I want, or I'm in an attempt to identify trends in frustration. I'm excited, because now my left eye is blurry, so I tested it next week. It is frustrating that I am so hard and do many things, and try, but sometimes not enough. We are trying to imitate something very complicated that the body can, of course, without diabetes, and we can only give our best. I could probably exercise more intense and varied, if you have diabetes, but it is too difficult to manage my BG when things change.

As a diabetic for 10 years forced me to every gram of carbohydrate I eat to count.

Then he started on the calories, sugar count .. .. Fats and salt. within 2 years, maybe I have become obsessed with the amount of eating and maintaining a strict log everything you eat, even if I do not.

I only drink diet drinks and water. No milk drinks, because too fat or sweet.

I not touch the candy or chocolate. I consider myself the most fruit per day.

My doctor told me to stay active every day, and I began to practice the religion of the twice a day.

My doctor told me that after the weight.
I can not win. In the 17 years old and already I feel my life is ruined.

Diabetes is a *****.
